According to TSN.ua: On Sunday, February 15, a violent confrontation erupted in the Kyiv district of Odesa between civilians and a recruitment notification team from the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC). The incident took place during a routine check of military registration documents. Several service members sustained physical injuries and chemical burns to their eyes as a result of the attack.
The injured military personnel required hospitalization for medical treatment. During the clash, the assailants also damaged an official vehicle and video recording equipment being used for the documentation process.
