It is noted that 18 cm of snow fell in Seoul, exceeding the previous record of 12.4 cm set in 1972.

The city of Incheon recorded 14.8 cm, while Suwon saw 21 cm of snow, which became the highest figures in the history of November observations.

According to the publication, three people were injured in Seoul due to the collapse of a snow fence at a construction site. One of them sustained serious injuries. Also, in Gangwon province, one person died, and nine others were injured as a result of accidents caused by difficult weather conditions.

More than 170 households in the Seonbuk area were left without power due to falling trees on power lines. Dozens of homes in the Anpyeong area were also left without electricity.

Transport collapse and other consequences of the snowfall
