Emergency rescue operations at the site of the destroyed five-story building in Poltava have been completed. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
As a result of the attack, 14 people were killed, including two children aged 9 and 12 years. 20 individuals were injured, among them four children aged 3 months, 2, 8, and 12 years.
Rescuers managed to save 22 people. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police provided assistance to 206 individuals, including 11 children.
It should be noted that on February 1, as a result of a missile strike by the occupiers on a high-rise building in Poltava, nine-year-old Sofia Yavorskaya and her parents were killed.
We also remind you that from February 2 to 4, a three-day mourning has been declared in the Poltava region for those who died as a result of the Russian attack.
It is worth noting that during the air raid alert, the occupiers attacked not only Poltava but also Kharkiv region, where residential buildings were also damaged. Additionally, in Poltava region, the enemy attacked energy infrastructure.
