As reported by the Telegram channel Baza, which cooperates with Russian security forces, the victims included Ilyas Gimadutdinov, a millionaire and founder of the transport company 'Tattranskom', as well as his colleague Elmira Konyakov, the head of the company's motor column.

Publication notes that the helicopter was performing an unauthorized flight, and the cause of the crash was engine icing.
