According to ТСН: As of Tuesday, train delays are being recorded in Ukraine due to security issues and voltage fluctuations.

The press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia" reports that the average deviation from the schedule is about one hour, although weather conditions and route changes can also affect delay times.

Delayed Trains

The company informs about delays of the following trains:

  • No. 178 Ivano-Frankivsk-Kyiv: +2.30 hours.

  • No. 771 Kyiv-Khmelnitsky: +3 hours.

  • No. 6 Yasinya-Zaporizhzhia: +1 hour.

According to data from the "Ukrzaliznytsia" website, dozens of trains are delayed as of 10:52. For example, the international train Kyiv-Passenger to Vienna was delayed for more than four hours, and the route from Przemysl Główny to Zaporizhzhia-1 was delayed for more than two hours.

Additionally, it was previously reported that over 400 passengers on the train 'Dnipro - Kholm' were stuck at the border for 9 hours at the checkpoint "Yahodyn" due to the discovery of a batch of cigarettes that the conductor attempted to transport to Poland. This led to delays for some travelers for their subsequent trains in Kholm.

In the current conditions, train delays create significant inconveniences for passengers, especially considering connections between cities and international routes. "Ukrzaliznytsia" is trying to resolve security issues, but the situation may remain tense in the coming days. Further updates should be monitored on the company's official resources to stay informed about changes in the schedule.
