Russia refuses to negotiate: Nebenzya stated a tough response to attacks.

According to ТСН: Russia has once again confirmed its lack of intention to end the war, stating that the Ukrainian leadership must agree to the conditions offered by the Russian side in negotiations.

This position was expressed by Russian diplomat Vasily Nebenzya during a UN Security Council meeting.

“Russia will solve problems by military means until Zelensky comes to his senses and agrees to realistic negotiation terms,” he noted.

Nebenzya also commented on the supposedly “sneaky attacks” on peaceful Russians.

“The conditions for negotiations for Kyiv will worsen every day; there will be a tough response to every sneaky attack on peaceful citizens of the Russian Federation,” he added.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba expressed the opinion that there may be a next “window” for negotiations, suggesting that it would not be possible to reach an agreement with the Russians on a ceasefire by the end of winter.

“Russia is confident that it can achieve its goals by military means. Ukraine is confident that it can hold on. Trump, paradoxically, is running between Putin and Zelensky,” Kuleba explained the absence of positive or negative motivation to end the war. “Because everyone has compensatory resources. As I said, for Russia, it’s China. For us, it’s Europe. And as long as Europe and Ukraine stand together, Trump cannot break them,” he emphasized.
