The next protests against the policy of the Slovak Prime Minister and his government will take place on Friday, February 7.
It is worth noting that Prime Minister Robert Fico announced 'significant preventive measures' to prevent a possible coup in the country, which, according to him, is 'clearly indicated' by intelligence information.
As reported, Prime Minister Robert Fico may face impeachment. It is noted that the united opposition, which includes the 'Progressive Slovakia', 'Movement of Slovakia', 'Christian Democratic Movement', and 'Freedom and Solidarity' parties, plans to initiate a vote of no confidence against him.
Earlier, Prime Minister Robert Fico criticized the meeting of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with the leader of the Slovak opposition party Michal Simecka in Kyiv, calling it 'a gesture of sycophancy'. Fico stated that Slovak deputies who visited Kyiv on January 17 'kissed Zelensky's ring', allegedly promising to support Ukraine's NATO membership if the opposition comes to power.
By the way, Fico accused Ukraine of a 'massive cyber attack'.
