The TCC Ignored Diseases - What to Do.
If a citizen has chronic diseases, he has the right to present copies of medical certificates and diagnoses to the military medical commission. If these documents are ignored, the citizen can appeal the decision of the VLK.
Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan spoke about this on the portal 'Lawyers.UA'.
Originals or photocopies of certificates
A citizen with chronic diseases contacted the lawyers.
The man asked if he could submit certificates to the military medical commission and how best to do this.
'Make photocopies and hand them to the profile doctor at the VLK', - recommended lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan to the conscripted citizen.
Complaint against the VLK and TCC
He also explained what to do if the territorial recruitment center ignores certificates about diseases.
'If the diagnoses were not taken into account, you have the right to appeal the decision of the VLK to the TCC', - noted Ayvazyan.
In any case, the lawyer added, the final decision about suitability remains with the doctors. 'The diagnosis is established in healthcare institutions using instrumental examination methods'.
We remind that we previously wrote about how to commission.
Additionally, we reported on where to turn for a complaint against the territorial recruitment center.
