In Vinnytsia, electric transport stopped due to Russian shelling: which routes were not operational.
According to inkorr.com: On October 30 in Vinnytsia, a massive missile and drone strike from the Russian Federation occurred, causing some city transport to experience power supply interruptions. The sharp drop in voltage led to the suspension of trams and trolleybuses on several routes. This is reported by

According to the city council, unstable power supply was noted in some sections of electric transport, particularly in the areas of Khmelnytsky Highway, Keletska, the Urzha market, as well as on Soborna, Pyrohov and Kotsiubynskoho streets. This caused the suspension of trolleybus and tram services on these routes.
The municipal transport company quickly redistributed resources and launched municipal buses on problematic routes to ensure transportation of people during peak load times.

Transport problemsarose as a result of the massive attack by the Russian Federation on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine. In Vinnytsia, as in many other cities, a drop in voltage and power supply interruptions were observed. As of 08:55, the operation of electric transport was restored, as reported by the Department of Transport and Urban Mobility.

- Kotsiubynskoho Street
The city authorities emphasized that in case of new interruptions, reserve bus transport will be quickly involved, and the entire system operates in an enhanced response mode.
In addition, there will be a
traffic restrictionin effect on one of the streets of Vinnytsia for two months.
This situation once again highlights the importance of having a reliable energy infrastructure during crisis situations. The authorities continue to work on improving transport and electric services to ensure uninterrupted access to public transport in challenging times.
