Missile strike destroyed houses on the outskirts of Chernihiv
Today, January 3, the enemy launched a triple missile strike on residential buildings on the outskirts of Chernihiv. As a result of the attack, several residential houses were partially destroyed. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine showed the consequences of the Russian attack.
According to preliminary data, one person was killed, and several others were injured of varying degrees of severity.
It is worth reminding that during the air raid alert in Chernihiv, several explosions were heard. The occupiers attacked the city with ballistic missiles from the Kursk region. According to monitoring channels, three ballistic missiles "Iskander-M"/KN-23 were used.
The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that Russian troops carried out a triple missile strike on residential buildings on the outskirts of Chernihiv.
Search and rescue operations are currently ongoing.
It is worth noting that at 16:19, an air raid alert was declared in Kyiv and several regions of Ukraine. Later, information about explosions in Chernihiv region became known.
