Tragedy in the Samariivskyi District
According to inkorr.com: On November 1, as a result of the attack by Russian troops on a store in the Samariivskyi district of Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of victims has increased. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, four people have died, including two children aged 11 and 14.
“The number of victims of the enemy attack on the Samariivskyi district has increased. Two children have died – boys aged 11 and 14. My condolences to the relatives. In total, the tragedy has claimed four lives,” wrote the head of the OVA.
Initially, two fatalities were reported. As a result of the attack by Russian troops on the Samariivskyi district, 8 people were injured, half of whom are considered to be in severe condition and hospitalized.
Attacks on other districts
In addition to the attack in the Samariivskyi district, other attacks on residential areas occurred in the region. In the Dubovykiv community of the Synelnykove district, a drone attack caused a fire and destruction of houses. Infrastructure in the Vasylkiv community was also affected, and in the Pavlohrad district, buildings and a vehicle were damaged due to drone attacks.
In the Nikopol district, a local center and several communities suffered from FPV drone and artillery strikes, and there are likely also human casualties.
Thus, the tragedy in the Samariivskyi district is only one in a series of attacks by the occupying forces on residential areas in various districts of the region, leading to significant destruction and loss of life.
The situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region remains complicated. Reports of new attacks continue to endanger civilians.
