Court ruling

The court found the man guilty of intentionally causing minor bodily harm to a law enforcement officer. The defendant admitted his guilt, had no prior convictions, and underwent a risk assessment. The court sentenced him to three years of imprisonment but refrained from serving the sentence under probation. The man must comply with a number of obligations for three years, including a ban on leaving the country without permission and participating in a 'life skills development' program. The verdict can be appealed within 30 days.
