Three-Way Talks Underway in the United Arab Emirates
According to TSN.ua: Delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia are engaged in trilateral negotiations in the United Arab Emirates on January 23. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that the primary focus of the meeting is to discuss the terms for ending hostilities. The Ukrainian delegation currently includes:

- Sergiy Kyslytsya
- David Arakhamia
- Andriy Hnatov
On January 24, military experts will join the Ukrainian delegation, notably Chief of the General Staff General Andriy Hnatov and Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Vadym Skibitskyi. President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's position remains unchanged, adding,
"They should have at least some answers from Russia by now."These talks represent a rare high-level diplomatic engagement since the full-scale invasion began.
