Sergei Olegovich Kislytsia - Ukrainian diplomat, permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations (since February 2020).
Place of Birth. Education. Born on August 15, 1969, in Kyiv. Graduated from the Faculty of International Law at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Spanish, and French.

Career. In 1992, he began working in the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an intern in the Department of European Regional Cooperation, after which he was promoted to the position of Attaché and then Third Secretary in 1993.
