Ukraine and the USA signed an online memorandum confirming the intention to conclude an agreement on mineral resources. This was reported by Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

Svyrydenko noted that this is not a final document, but only a memorandum of intent to sign an agreement. She also said about plans to create an Investment Fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine. The Economy Minister noted that this agreement would open up wide opportunities for investments, modernization of infrastructure, and mutually beneficial partnership between Ukraine and the United States.

It is with this goal that the teams are working on the document.
