Ukraine struck the warehouse of Shahed drones in the Oryol region.
The Air Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian armed forces facility
On December 26, the Air Forces of Ukraine, together with other components of the Defense Forces, struck a protected facility of the Russian armed forces in the Oryol region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result of the strike, a storage, maintenance, and repair facility for Shahed kamikaze drones was destroyed, consisting of several fortified concrete structures.
It is noted that this military operation significantly reduced the enemy's potential for airstrikes by attacking UAVs on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine possess detailed information about the objects of the Russian armed forces. The work to detect and strike targets on the territory of the aggressor will continue.
It is worth reminding that the 1039th day of the war is ongoing. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 37 airstrikes on the territory of Ukraine, dropping 43 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they involved more than 808 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out over 4300 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.
In total, 158 combat clashes occurred from the start of the previous day. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deeper into our territory, inflicting fire damage on them.
