The advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, operational director of Bring Kids Back UA Daria Zarivna, asserts that the global community can help Ukraine return the abducted children currently in Russia.

According to Zarivna, she participated in discussions on this topic at the UN Security Council. She also emphasized that this is the first meeting of the Security Council dedicated to Ukrainian children.

The world must know about this crime, about this unprecedented campaign for the 21st century, about the abducted children.

The President's advisor spoke about the falsification of documents by Russia related to the abducted children. She showed the Ukrainian birth certificate and the Russian 'birth certificate' of a girl named Margarita Prokopenko, which had been altered.

It is very important for everyone to understand that Russia only understands the language of power.

Zarivna also talked about how children were hiding in the basement under a church in the children's home in Kherson when the city was occupied. However, the FSB discovered them and deported them to Russia.

She called on countries to support the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children and spoke about the 'Montreal Commitment' adopted in Montreal, which provides support for the return of abducted prisoners of war, hostages, and children.

She also mentioned a special group of countries created in Montreal to collect information about captured Ukrainians, including children, since Russia does not provide access to them even for international organizations. This group includes Argentina, Croatia, Estonia, and Canada.

Zarivna emphasized that the results of the Yale University laboratory study on abducted children will be used as evidence in legal processes related to Russia's war crimes.

She reminded that for 20 months the laboratory studied the path of 314 deported children, most of whom are from the Donetsk region. She also noted the presence of new identification documents, including that of the Russian Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov.

They change the names of the children, their birthplace, forbid them from identifying as Ukrainians, and speaking Ukrainian. They also influence them with propaganda in special military camps.

Zarivna also added that adults are forced to mobilize and 'fight against the army of their own country, killing representatives of their nation.'
