Ukrainians were shown how government salaries have 'inflated' since the beginning of the year.
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has revealed details regarding the salaries of civil servants. Statistics show that these incomes have significantly increased this year.
In October 2024, the average salary in government bodies amounted to 57.5 thousand hryvnias. This is 49% higher than in January, when the average salary was 38.6 thousand hryvnias.
Comparing with data from the Pension Fund of Ukraine, where the average salary in September was 18 thousand hryvnias, shows a significant difference in the salaries of civil servants and other citizens.
The highest salary indicators were recorded in the Antimonopoly Committee, where the average income is 113.7 thousand hryvnias. There are 270 employees in this institution, while the management receives 218.4 thousand hryvnias.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has an average salary of 88.5 thousand hryvnias for 198 employees, while the State Agency for Tourism Development has 87.7 thousand hryvnias for 22 staff members.
In the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, there are 680 employees with an average salary of 67.3 thousand hryvnias, and the management receives 103.4 thousand hryvnias.
