Financial assistance program for Ukrainians by NGO 'Avalist'
Starting from August 18, 2025, some Ukrainians will have the opportunity to participate in a program providing multi-purpose financial assistance from the NGO 'Avalist'. The amount of payments will be 10.8 thousand UAH for vulnerable citizens.
The press service of the leadership of one of the Ukrainian cities disclosed this information.
Who will be able to receive assistance
The NGO 'Avalist' will provide assistance to residents of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, who have a 2nd group disability. Payments will be calculated for three months at 3.6 thousand UAH each month.
To receive assistance, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:
- residency in Nikopol;
- 2nd group disability;
- absence of similar assistance from other organizations for the last three months.
How to receive assistance and necessary documents
Registration will take place at the Kuzenko Stadium on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For registration, you need to have the following documents:
- passport or ID card with an extract about registration;
- identification code;
- 2nd group disability certificate;
- bank statement about the account with IBAN number;
- internally displaced person certificate (if available).

NGO 'Avalist' started its activity in 2018. Previously, it specialized in providing assistance on a volunteer basis in the Dnipropetrovsk region during the war in eastern Ukraine.
The public organization 'Avalist' is launching a financial assistance program for Ukrainians in Nikopol who have a 2nd group disability. Besides financial aid, this project can become an important stage in the life of residents who are in vulnerable conditions.Read also
