Job vacancies with booking have increased eightfold: which professions are at the forefront

According to ТСН: The ability to book employees from mobilization has become critically important for those seeking work. Analysts note that the number of vacancies of this type has increased eightfold over the past year. Offers and demand are predominantly concentrated in the field of blue-collar professions, which are vital for supporting the Ukrainian economy.

Surge in supply in the labor market

The largest growth in vacancies with booking is observed in the category “Manufacturing, skilled trades” (in the “Other” section), where the number of announcements has increased elevenfold. This concerns professions such as sawmill workers, machine operators, electricians, cooks, and fuel attendants.

There has also been a significant increase in the number of offers for popular vacancies:

  • Laborer (growth by 18 times).

  • Salesperson (growth by 13 times).

  • Builder (growth by 9 times).

  • Loader (growth by 8 times).

  • Driver (growth by 5 times).

Demand from job seekers: feedback increased by 16 times

The demand for jobs with the possibility of booking has rapidly increased. Comparing October 2025 with October 2024, the total number of responses to such vacancies in Ukraine has increased by 16 times — from dozens to thousands.

The most popular among seekers have become:

  • Salesperson (the number of responses increased by 66 times).

  • Laborer (the number of responses increased by 38 times).

  • Builder (the number of responses increased by 9 times).

  • Driver (the number of responses increased by 8 times).

  • Loader (the number of responses increased by 7 times).

Leading regions and highest salaries

In October 2025, the largest number of vacancies with booking was recorded in Kyiv Oblast (almost 2 thousand). A significant number of offers were also observed in Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Odesa oblasts (from 300 to 700).

The highest median salaries for such vacancies were offered in:

  • Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast — 40 thousand UAH.

  • Kherson and Ternopil — 35 thousand UAH.

  • Kyiv — 33.4 thousand UAH.

Analysts summarize that the market is rapidly developing, focusing on blue-collar specialties, where competitive salaries are maintained. Leaders in offers and high salaries are Kyiv region and western oblasts.

It should be noted that at the beginning of the year, a favorable situation for job seekers had formed in the Ukrainian labor market: employers were actively looking for specialists, rather than workers offering their services.

It was previously reported that residents of various regions of Ukraine would need from one to nine years to save money for their own housing, saving their entire salary. Such conclusions were made by experts comparing the average salary for August with the cost of housing at that time.
