Inzhur Unveils New Mobile Application
According to ITC.ua — Техно: Inzhur has rolled out a fresh mobile application that enables Ukrainians to put money into commercial real estate and bonds. This tool simplifies the investment process and opens it up to a much broader audience by lowering the minimum entry point to just 10 hryvnias. Already, over 80,000 people in Ukraine are investing in the Inzhur REIT fund, whose total asset value exceeds 6 billion hryvnias.
Within just two days of its release, the Inzhur app racked up more than 15,000 downloads, and that number climbed to 50,000 in the first month. The application is available for download on both App Store and Google Play, making it accessible across different devices. The projected annual yield from the Inzhur REIT fund stands at 9.5% in U.S. dollars, highlighting the fund's appeal as an investment vehicle.
Investment Options and Company Ambitions
Inzhur’s bond portfolio for investors is also substantial, surpassing 3 billion hryvnias. Company representative Andriy Zhurzhiy commented:
“Our goal is to teach one million Ukrainians how to invest by the end of 2028.” — Andriy Zhurzhiy
He added: “Investments need to be profitable so people want to make them—and completely clear so they trust them.” In this regard, Zhurzhiy stressed that “we already offer a fully functional solution, but we are not going to stand still.”
With this new mobile app from Inzhur, Ukrainians now have a chance to actively engage in financial markets, opening up fresh opportunities for investing and financial growth.
This development reflects the growing interest in investment among Ukrainians, especially given the economic challenges the country faces.
