Ukrainian soldiers have destroyed an enemy locomotive for the first time.
Soldiers of the 152nd Separate Reconnaissance Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed a Russian locomotive for the first time, which the enemy used to transport military equipment.
The brigade's press service released a video showing how the defenders struck an important transport object of the enemy using a drone. This is a significant step in disrupting the logistical routes that Russia uses to meet military needs on the territory of Ukraine.
The locomotive is a key element for the enemy's army, as it ensures the delivery of military equipment, ammunition, and supplies. Now, after the destruction of this object, supply to the front becomes much more complicated.
Previously, the Armed Forces of Ukraine also destroyed a command-observation point of the occupiers located on the territory of Russia.
It should be noted that the Defense Forces launched a drone attack on the 'Engels' airfield in the Saratov region of Russia. This airfield is the main base for strategic aviation, from which strikes are carried out on the territory of Ukraine. Here are located bombers such as the Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3, and Tu-160, as well as warehouses with explosive and guided aerial bombs and cruise missiles.
The destruction of important enemy facilities is a significant achievement for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in conducting defensive operations and maintaining the security of Ukraine.
