According to inkorr.com: Forecasters from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center predict frost and strong winds in the coming days. The nights of October 20 and 21 will be cold in the western regions, where temperatures may drop to 0-4°C. A drop in temperature is also expected in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions. Already on October 19, gusts of wind in the western, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions will reach 15-20 m/s. The Hydrometeorological Center warns of possible difficulties for energy, construction, and communal enterprises, urging caution and care for personal safety.
"Such weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, construction, and communal enterprises. Be careful and take care of your safety!" - warned the Hydrometeorological Center.
Earlier, experts noted that Ukraine should expect a slight increase in temperature after prolonged rains and frosts. The cold air mass will gradually weaken, but there will be no true Indian summer.
Forecast for the Coming Years
Analysts from MkWeather report that the winter of 2025-2026 may become one of the coldest in the last decade, and Ukraine could find itself in the epicenter of Arctic cold. According to their forecasts, December is expected to be wet and mild, while January will bring a drop in temperature, and February will be marked by strong snowfalls and frosts.
Forecasters note that in the coming years, we should expect an unusually cold winter, which may significantly impact people's daily lives and the operation of enterprises under various weather conditions.
Such weather changes can pose serious challenges for Ukrainian enterprises and the population. Sometimes even slight temperature fluctuations can lead to multiple problems, so it is worth being prepared for winter surprises and following the forecasters' recommendations to ensure safety and comfort during the cold season.
