According to inkorr.com: On Tuesday, October 21, cloudy weather with rain is expected only in the east of Ukraine. This information is provided by
“Glavkom”with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
According to meteorologists' forecasts, a light rain will pass in most regions of the Left Bank, while there will be no precipitation in the rest of the territory. The wind will be north-western, changing to south-eastern in the western regions, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night will be 1-6° Celsius, while in the western, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr regions, frosts from 0 to 5° are possible. During the day, the temperature will rise to 8-13° Celsius, but in the east and north-east of the country, it will be cooler — 5-10°.
Weather in the Kyiv region and the capital
In the Kyiv region and the capital, no precipitation is expected either. The wind will be north-western, at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will fluctuate between 1-6° Celsius, during the day – 8-13°; in Kyiv, at night the temperature may drop to 3-5° Celsius, while during the day it will rise to 9-11°.
Meteorologists of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warn of possible frosts and strong winds in the coming days. At night on October 20 and 21, temperatures of 0-4°C are forecasted in the western regions, as well as frosts in the night of October 21 in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions (II level of danger – orange).
It is expected that cloudy weather with minor precipitation, frosts, and strong winds will persist in Ukraine. These weather conditions will be typical for most regional territories, including western regions and the Kyiv region. Rain is also possible in the east of the country.
