According to meteorologists, moderate rains will occur at night in the eastern and southeastern parts of the country, and significant precipitation is possible in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. In the west – light rain, while the rest of the regions will be free of precipitation. During the day, except for the eastern regions, light rain is expected.
The wind will be mainly west and southwest, with a speed of 7-12 m/s, while during the day in the western part of the country, gusts will reach 15-20 m/s. The temperature at night will range from 1 to 6° Celsius, during the day – from 8 to 13°, in the south and southeast – from 11 to 16°.
Situation in Kyiv
In Kyiv region and the capital, the sky will be cloudy with clearings. Light rain is possible during the day. The wind will be southwest at 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night will be 1-6° Celsius, during the day – 8-13°; in Kyiv at night 3-5° Celsius, during the day 10-12°.
According to forecaster Natalka Didenko, the beginning of next week will be cool and rainy, but starting Thursday, October 30, warming and clearer weather is expected in most regions.
Overall, the weather in Ukraine on October 28 will be cloudy with rain, but meteorologists promise improvement in conditions closer to the end of the week.
