According to inkorr.com: The company 'Ukrenergo' has announced the introduction of emergency power cut schedules. This decision became necessary due to increased electricity consumption under cloudy weather conditions. The information was reported by the head of the company, Vitalii Zaichenko, during a telethon, according to the report from 'Glavkom'.

Zaichenko noted that initially, restrictions for industry were planned, but due to the unexpected increase in consumption, these measures proved insufficient.

The head of 'Ukrenergo' emphasized that cuts will only occur during peak load hours: in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and in the evening from 15:00 to 19:00. At other times, consumers will be able to receive electricity without restrictions.

Additionally, it was reported that due to Russian attacks on energy facilities, some regions of Ukraine, including Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, were left without electricity.

The Economist noted that Russia is attempting to damage Ukraine's energy system using drones and missiles, which could lead to serious problems in the country during the winter period.

Thus, 'Ukrenergo' introduced emergency cut schedules due to increased electricity consumption caused by unfavorable weather conditions and issues in the energy system. Russian attacks have also negatively impacted electricity supply in certain regions.
