According to Novyny.live: The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in Ukraine is providing cash assistance to vulnerable residents of Odesa in February 2026. This aid is targeted at specific groups, including refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs). The payment is 3,600 Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) per family member, with a maximum possible individual payment reaching 10,800 UAH.
This program is part of the UNHCR's ongoing efforts to support those most affected by the war in Ukraine. To qualify for this assistance, a household's per capita income must not exceed 6,300 UAH.
Eligibility is open to:
- Internally displaced persons who were forced to leave dangerous areas within the previous six months;
