The comments of the Minister of Social Policy clarify who these payments are intended for and what needs they address, emphasizing the importance of social support for citizens during the winter period.
Winter support in Ukraine is aimed at reducing the financial burden on vulnerable groups of the population, considering the difficult conditions that may arise in the cold season. It is important that these funds are used effectively, ensuring the basic needs of those who need it most.
