Strike on the Oil Refinery in Samara Region: General Staff Reveals Operation Details.
According to inkorr.com: The Ukrainian armed forces continue active actions against the military infrastructure of the aggressor to complicate the supply of fuel and ammunition to the occupying troops. One of the main targets is the Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery in the Samara region of Russia, as well as a base for enemy drones. This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Strikes on the Novokuibyshev Oil Refinery
This oil refinery is a key supplier of fuel for Russian troops and has significant capacities for high-quality oil processing.

After the strikes on the Novokuibyshev Oil Refinery, fires and explosions were recorded, and the damage is currently being assessed.
Other Strikes on Enemy Targets
Among other targets hit by the Ukrainian military are a storage base for drones of the 'Rubicon' unit and a fuel pumping station in the Donetsk region. The General Staff also confirmed damage to the Ryazan Oil Refinery.
At midnight on November 16, an attack has already been carried out on the Novokuibyshev Oil Refinery using drones. According to local residents, dozens of explosions were heard during this attack.
The Ukrainian military continues to take measures to strike at the military-economic resources of the aggressor to complicate the supply of the occupying forces. The attack on the Novokuibyshev Oil Refinery and other important facilities aims to reduce the enemy's ability to conduct war and force them to spend resources on recovering losses.
