Yurii Bodnariuk died from a drone strike on March 18, 2023. His life was filled with service and volunteer activities; he always sought to help those in need.
Life and service of the hero
Yurii Bodnariuk, who was born in 1980, was a hard-working and dedicated Ukrainian. Before military service, he actively worked in public organizations and volunteer projects.
During the Revolution of Dignity, he proved to be a true patriot, supporting fighters with humanitarian aid and, together with others, supporting our army at the front.
Last days of the hero
Even after receiving an injury, Yurii did not refuse his duties and continued to perform official tasks at the front. Unfortunately, his life was tragically cut short as a result of a drone strike. He was buried with honor in his native village, leaving his family with hearts full of sorrow.
'Glavkom' honors the memory of the hero and all those who died in the war for independence. Candles of remembrance are lit for those who sacrificed their lives for the future of Ukraine.
