All attempts of Russian threats have been rejected: Zelensky revealed details of negotiations in Istanbul.

The President of Ukraine held a meeting with the Minister of Defense
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported on social media about the meeting held for diplomatic efforts to end the war and establish peace. Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov discussed the results of the negotiation process in Turkey, where an agreement was reached on the exchange of prisoners of war in a format of 1000 for 1000.
'Our team is currently working on the details of the exchange. I am grateful to everyone who is helping,' Zelensky noted.
During the meeting, the Ukrainian delegation emphasized the need for a complete ceasefire without any conditions. The President stressed that such a ceasefire should be long-lasting, with a proposed term of 30 days to ensure the possibility of continuation.

Creation of a Permanent Negotiating Group
The meeting also discussed reports from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the head of the President's Office about meetings with representatives of other countries. The President decided to form a permanent expanded national negotiating group to coordinate actions towards achieving peace.
'We need to push Russia - the ceasefire must be on land, in the sky, and at sea,' added Andriy Yermak.
Analyzing the events, it can be noted that the Ukrainian authorities are actively working towards establishing peace in the region, striving to achieve constructive solutions even in complex negotiation processes. Being open to dialogue and cooperation, Ukraine hopes for a positive outcome in resolving the conflict.
