Financial Assistance for the Lipovodolynska Community
According to Novyny.live: On February 16, 2026, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) will provide financial aid to residents of the Lipovodolynska community in Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. This support specifically targets vulnerable groups, including individuals over the age of 55. This initiative represents a significant step in assisting those facing difficult circumstances, particularly amidst ongoing economic instability in the region.
Eligibility for this aid is limited to residents of the Lipovodolynska community who meet specific criteria. The total cash assistance will be 10,800 Ukrainian hryvnias per family. This sum breaks down to 3,600 hryvnias per family member per month, distributed over a three-month period. For convenience, the funds will be transferred directly to beneficiaries' bank accounts.
To qualify, the per-person income within a household must not exceed 6,300 hryvnias. Registration for this financial support will be conducted by phone at 063 182 68 38. It is important to note that applications will be processed in person at the TsNAP office, located at 17 Poltavska Street.
