According to Novyny.live: The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has announced a three-month cash assistance program for vulnerable residents of the Nedryhailiv community in Ukraine's Sumy region, with applications opening on January 19, 2026. Each eligible household member will receive 3,600 hryvnias, allowing for a potential total of 10,800 hryvnias per person over the three-month period. Eligibility Requirements for Assistance

- Families with minor children,
- Households that include persons with disabilities.
