Azov is looking for tank loaders: working conditions and salary up to 127 thousand hryvnias.

The special forces brigade 'Azov' is looking for people in its battalions and other units who will be responsible for preparing ammunition for battle. This concerns tank loaders.

The relevant vacancy was posted on the job search website Work.ua on August 13.

Responsibilities of a tank loader in the 'Azov' brigade

A tank loader must check the serviceability, location, and cleanliness of ammunition, assemble the ammunition load before going on a mission, maintain order, and safely store shells in the fighting compartment. During the battle, such a soldier moves shells from the stowage to the loading area. He also assists the gunner-operator in servicing the main and additional weaponry.

Requirements for candidates for the position

The job invites physically strong and resilient individuals, as loading needs to be done with shells weighing 20–30 kilograms. Applicants for the position must be agile, disciplined, attentive, resilient to work in conditions of vibration, noise, high temperatures, and limited space, willing to act in life-risking situations, and responsible for the safe handling of ammunition. It is important that the applicant does not have injuries or diseases that could hinder work, especially problems with the musculoskeletal system. Teamwork skills and quick reactions in stressful situations will also be beneficial.

Working conditions

Azov offers workers mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract. The financial remuneration will range from 27 thousand hryvnias to 127 thousand hryvnias. In case of fulfilling duties in combat zones, the specialist will receive an additional payment of 3,300 hryvnias daily.
