Army+ App Launched in Ukraine: Zelensky Unveils Functions.
"Army+" Program Launched for Ukrainian Military Personnel
Today, August 8, the "Army+" program, designed for Ukrainian military personnel, was launched in Ukraine. This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. The app provides the ability to file reports online and access other services.
"From today, the Army+ app will be operational. It starts with basic functions, and we will be adding new functions. In particular, electronic reports right away, allowing what now takes hours and days to be done in just a few clicks," noted Zelensky.
The President emphasized that the "Army+" program will also provide information on the status and support of Ukrainian units. The goal of this program is to free the military from unnecessary bureaucracy and paperwork.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov also spoke at the program's presentation, explaining that the "Army+" program is part of the digitalization of the forces. Umerov emphasized that the digital platform makes the lives of military personnel simpler and clearer, and also promised to integrate other services for the military.
Program Functional Capabilities
Among the functions of the "Army+" program is the ability to file electronic reports. This option allows military personnel to easily send reports to their commanders and receive confirmation of document receipt.
The app also allows obtaining the UBD (Unified Database) status by submitting an application and receiving an electronic document. This process has become significantly faster and takes only a few days.
The "Army+" program also allows ordering ammunition and requesting evacuation for military personnel requiring medical assistance.
The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
