An anticyclone with frosts and icy roads is coming to Ukraine: Didenko said when the weather will worsen.
Meteorologist Natalia Didenko has warned Ukrainians about the expected cold snap and icy conditions. She noted that today and tomorrow will be the coldest days. Temperatures are forecasted to be -4 to -9 degrees at night on January 5 and 0 to -2 degrees of frost during the day. The meteorologist also warned about icy roads. However, she also noted that the anticyclone will lead to dry weather, and only in the evening, snow is expected in Transcarpathia and the Carpathians. In Kyiv, on January 5, dry weather and temperatures of -4 to -6 degrees at night and 0 to -2 degrees of frost during the day are expected. A warming trend is anticipated in Ukraine from January 6-7.
