The Verkhovna Rada allowed to reserve employees without a military ticket: conditions.
According to inkorr.com: The Ukrainian parliament has adopted a new decision that allows critically important enterprises to hire and reserve workers for 45 days, regardless of the presence of a military ticket. This initiative concerns Ukrainians who are being sought by recruitment centers or who have encountered problems with document processing.
"The law allows critical enterprises the right to hire and reserve employees with incorrectly issued documents for 45 days," the source clarified.
According to the new law, employers can require employees to improve their documents within the specified period. This decision was made possible thanks to the support of 272 deputies who voted for the relevant bill. It is important to note that employees can only be reserved once a year.
Mobilization will not stop - Pavlo Palisa
Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa noted that even in the case of a peace agreement, mobilization in Ukraine will not be halted. He emphasized that this process remains crucial for ensuring the country's security.
Thus, the Ukrainian parliament has approved a law that allows enterprises to hire and reserve employees without a military ticket for a period of up to 45 days. Employers can require employees to improve their documents, but this option can only be used once a year. Meanwhile, the deputy head of the President's Office emphasized that mobilization will remain active as a guarantee of Ukraine's security, even in the case of a peace agreement.
