New Attack on Crimea: Explosions at the Oil Depot in Hvardiyske.
Explosions at the Crimean Oil Depot
According to inkorr.com: On the night of November 6, powerful explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The settlement of Hvardiyske, where the oil depot is located, suffered the most damage, as reported by Glavkom.
Monitoring channels had previously warned of the possibility of a missile strike on the peninsula and reported drone activity. It is known that explosions occurred at the oil depot, where a fire broke out.
Previous Strikes on Facilities in Crimea
In October this year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine already delivered precise strikes on military and fuel-energy facilities of Russia in occupied Crimea.
Thus, on the night of October 17, military units struck the oil depot in the settlement of Hvardiyske. A fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise, confirming the damage to the RVS-2000 tank.
In addition, a successful strike was carried out on the Federal State Institution 'Hvardiysky Kombinat' of Rosrezerv in the village of Kariyerne in the Saky district. Fuel and lubricants storage facilities of Russian troops in Dzhankoy and the radar station 'Nebo-U' in Yevpatoria were also affected.
Consequences of the New Strikes
As a result of the new attacks on Crimean facilities, including the oil depot in Hvardiyske, significant destruction and fires occurred. This indicates the ongoing tension and conflict situation in the region.
The escalation of the conflict in Crimea, particularly strikes on strategic facilities, underscores the significance of this region in military operations. These are not the first such cases, and the situation may continue to develop, considering historical contexts and geopolitical factors.
