On December 3, Ukraine will introduce nearly round-the-clock electricity consumption restrictions: details.
According to ТСН: On Wednesday, Ukraine is introducing restrictions on electricity consumption across all regions.
As reported by 'Ukrenergo', this is due to the consequences of previous massive attacks by Russia on energy facilities. The restrictions will last almost around the clock.
Power Cut Schedules for Consumers
These restrictions will affect both residential and industrial consumers.
Hourly outage schedules (HOS). These measures will be implemented from 00:00 to 23:59 with a volume of 0.5 to 3 shifts across all regions.
Power capacity restrictions. They will also apply from 00:00 to 23:59 for industrial consumers.
Call for Conserving Energy
'Ukrenergo' notes that the time and volume of restrictions may vary.
Recommendation. Consumers are advised to monitor information on the official websites of their regional energy suppliers.
Citizens are encouraged to use electricity sparingly when it is available according to the schedule.
Also, as a result of the Russian drone attack in the Chernihiv region, the enemy hit an energy infrastructure facility in Men and a residential building in the Desnyan community. Destruction has been recorded, resulting in injuries to two women, aged 38.
These electricity consumption restrictions are an important step in stabilizing the country's energy system after enemy attacks. Consumers should be prepared for possible changes in the outage schedule, so it is essential to keep an eye on updates from 'Ukrenergo' and regional energy suppliers. The economical use of electricity in crisis conditions will help the country cope with the aftermath of the attacks and ensure the stability of energy supply.
