A resident of the Odesa region went missing, despite being assigned to service after a medical commission. This led to the opening of a criminal case, which was considered in a local court.
According to reports, the man was stopped by police and taken to a military center. After a medical examination, he was declared fit. However, he still did not appear for service, which became the reason for the criminal case.
Details of the hearing
The court found him guilty of evading service and sentenced him to 3 years in prison under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition, it was recently reported about a serviceman who evaded service twice, as well as a soldier who offered bribes to evade conscription.
