Deferrals from mobilization: over 720 thousand have been extended automatically.
According to inkorr.com: Since November 1, Administrative Service Centers have started accepting documents from conscripts for processing deferrals from mobilization. Currently, about four thousand applications have been received, as reported by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“Over 720 thousand deferrals have already been extended without additional actions by individuals, as all necessary data is already in state registers,” emphasized Shmyhal.
Ways to submit applications
More than 80% of requests are submitted through the 'Reserve+' application, which eliminates the need to submit certificates and make personal visits. Those who use paper documents now turn to ASCs, not TCCs. Today, ASCs have already accepted about 4000 applications, added the Defense Minister.
“We are making the process transparent, eliminating human factors and risks of abuse, and unloading TCCs to fulfill the main task - ensuring mobilization,” emphasized Shmyhal.
Innovations in the 'Reserve+' system
The 'Reserve+' system offers 10 types of online deferrals. The Ministry of Defense has also announced the start of beta testing new categories of deferrals from mobilization, which will soon be available for processing. The government has decided to implement automatic extensions of deferrals, a digital format for processing, and the ability to submit documents through ASCs.
During the pandemic, it is important to ensure transparency and simplicity in the mobilization process for citizens. The new opportunities in the 'Reserve+' system and the expansion of ASC functionality will contribute to fulfilling military obligations in conditions of restrictions.
