The accused admitted his guilt and agreed to have his case heard in absentia. The court, considering the circumstances, imposed a fine of 50 non-taxable minimum incomes, which amounts to 850 hryvnias (approximately $21 USD). No preventive measures were applied in the case, and a civil lawsuit was not filed.
