Details of the Case
A grenade launcher from the rifle platoon, a native of the village of Shyriaieve, was stopped in Odesa by police officers. An expert examination revealed that the zip package contained 0.453 g of the dangerous psychoactive substance PVP.
What the Court Decided
The subject was found guilty under part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (storage of psychoactive substances without the intent to sell). He must pay 17,000 UAH in installments over 5 months. In addition, the serviceman owes 5,348 UAH for the examination.

During his walks in Odesa, the military man managed to stop for a moment, but not without consequences. He was found with drugs that he stored for personal use, leading to the opening of a criminal case. The military's actions had consequences, but the court decided to impose a fine and ordered him to pay for the examination.Read also
