The military clarified the algorithm for returning after voluntary departure from service: deadlines.
The Ukrainian military was reminded of the algorithm for returning after voluntary departure from the unit (VDU).
According to 'Hvylya', this was reported by the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI).
Military personnel who voluntarily left the military unit can return to service by March 1, 2025.
"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law extending the deadline for voluntary return to service for military personnel who left the unit without authorization until March 1, 2025," the statement said.
Ukrainians were informed that every military personnel wishing to return to service must report to their unit.
"As an alternative – they can appear at the territorial units of the SBI or the Military Law Enforcement Service or the National Police," the Bureau noted.
The Ministry of Defense also allowed contacting one of the 17 military units from the list approved by the General Staff or one of the 14 reserve companies of the National Guard.
The SBI explained that upon arrival at the unit, the military personnel must submit a report for restoration to service. From this moment, a clear algorithm is initiated, which regulates all subsequent stages of restoration – from document processing to the resumption of payments.
The report can be submitted through the 'Army+' application.
"Within 72 hours, the commander must restore the fighter to service and inform law enforcement agencies about it," the SBI clarified.
Earlier, Ukrainians were explained whether the TC could seize a mobile phone.
