Trump expressed dissatisfaction with Putin's actions
U.S. President Donald Trump expressed deep dissatisfaction with Russian leader Vladimir Putin's actions. He did this during a conversation with journalists on the runway in Morristown, New Jersey, before flying to Washington on board Air Force One, Bloomberg reports.
I am dissatisfied with what Putin is doing. He is killing a lot of people, and I don't know what the hell has happened to Putin. I've known him for a long time, always got along well with him, but he is launching rockets at cities and killing people. And I really don't like that, you got it? We are in the middle of negotiations, and he is launching rockets at Kyiv and other cities. I don't like that at all. I am surprised. I am very surprised.
A journalist also asked Trump about the possibility of sanctions against Russia due to Putin's dissatisfaction. The president responded positively, expressing his dissatisfaction with the Russian leader's actions.
In his post on Truth Social, Trump noted that Putin has 'completely lost his mind' and expressed concern about the situation in Ukraine. Earlier, there were reports that Trump had surrendered Ukraine to Putin.
