Vinnytsia Deploys Mobile Teams for Direct Military Summons Delivery.
Mobile Notification Teams Established in Vinnytsia
According to TSN.ua: Vinnytsia Mayor Serhiy Morhunov has issued an order to create mobile notification teams for the direct delivery of military summonses. As part of this initiative, over 30 mobile units have been formed to ensure summonses are handed to citizens in person.
Composition and Deployment of the Teams
The deployment of these groups is as follows:
- 20 teams will operate in private residential areas;
- 8 teams will cover multi-story apartment buildings;
- 3 groups are designated for local administrative districts (starostynskyi okruh).
Each mobile team will include representatives from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC), the police, and local authorities. Participation from the housing sector is also planned, which is expected to make the summons delivery process more efficient.
The primary goal of the mobile teams is to deliver summonses directly to individuals. If a summons cannot be delivered in person, an official report will be filed. Furthermore, postal mail will be used to notify citizens of the requirement to report to the TCC. The City Council's Department of Civil Protection will manage the distribution of these official letters, aiming to improve communication with residents.
These new mobile notification teams are designed to enhance the effectiveness of summons delivery and ensure greater involvement from the local community in this important matter. This move is part of Ukraine's broader national strategy for maintaining military registration and mobilization readiness. The personal delivery of summonses is seen as a key measure for supporting defense mobilization efforts and ensuring clear communication with the public during a time of ongoing national defense.
