According to inkorr.com: The Vinnytsia City Court has sentenced a man who was found guilty of serious crimes against children. He received 15 years of imprisonment for rape and the production of child pornography. This was reported by the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region.
Based on evidence collected by the investigative officers of the Vinnytsia police, the court recognized the offender guilty of committing serious crimes against the sexual freedom and inviolability of minors, as well as for the production of child pornography.
According to the materials of the pre-trial investigation, the man raped two sisters for three years while their mother was away from home. He also forced the girls to participate in the production of pornographic materials that he stored on his laptop.
The court sentenced him to 15 years of imprisonment for the rape of minors and the production of pornography, according to the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In addition, he was deprived of the right to hold positions related to children for three years.
