Vocalist of the band Nazva has mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Member of the band Nazva, Pavlo Hots, has become a soldier in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He announced this on his Instagram.
After being removed from the military registry, Hots published a photo showing him in the Armed Forces uniform, presumably at a training ground.
About the band Nazva
Nazva is a band created in 2019 by Pavlo Hots and Yaroslav Yarovenko. The members describe its style as 'alternative ethno-art chaos'.
The musicians initially worked in a musical theater, creating performances and composing soundtracks for art exhibitions. In addition, they became finalists of the National Selection for Eurovision 2024.
In 2023, their track 'Sihele-Migele' became a leader on Ukrainian Shazam and garnered over 7 million listens on music platforms.
Other Ukrainian artists have also joined the Armed Forces. Actress Rita Burkovska announced her joining the Armed Forces, while writer and public figure Serhiy Zhadan spoke about his role in military journalism.
