US President Donald Trump immediately left the 'G7' summit in Cananaskis due to rising tensions in the Middle East. His press secretary Caroline Leavitt reported that despite a successful day at the summit, Trump decided to leave because of the escalation of the situation.
President Trump had a great day at the G7 summit, even signing an important trade deal with the UK and Prime Minister Keir Starmer. A lot was achieved, but due to events in the Middle East, the president will leave the summit today after dinner with heads of state.

According to BBC, Trump returned to Washington with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and proposed to organize a meeting with Iranian representatives. He also ordered White House staff to gather in the situation room for coordination of national security measures.
Trump's reaction to Russia's exclusion from G8
During the summit, Trump expressed his views on Russia's exclusion from the G8, calling it a mistaken decision and believing that it caused the conflict in Ukraine. However, many experts believe that his statements indicate an underestimation of the causes of Russian aggression in Ukraine or an attempt to make it less noticeable.
