Kvartal 95 registered a new company without Mindich: who will now produce the content.

According to ТСН: The participants of the studio "Kvartal 95" have founded a new company LLC "Kvartal UA". Businessman Timur Mindich is not among the founders, as he is currently under investigation in a corruption case. The new structure will engage in the production of future content for the studio.

According to the information, the company "Kvartal UA" was registered on November 11, 2025. The director, as in the previous company, remains Iryna Pikalova.

Composition of founders

The founders include:

• Sergiy Shefir (54.5%)
• Iryna Pikalova (10.5%)
• Sergiy Kazanin (7%)
• Yevhen Koshovyi (7%)
• Yuriy Krapov (7%)
• Roman Marov (7%)
• Oleksandr Pikalov (7%)

"The founders include people who created "Kvartal 95" from the very beginning. Timur Mindich has no relation to LLC "Kvartal UA". Our new content will be produced by this new company," it was reported by "Kvartal" in a comment to the publication "Detector Media".

Recall that in November, the "Kvartal 95" studio released an official statement to distance itself from the scandalous events related to Mindich. The company emphasized that these events have no relation to its work, content, or team. The co-owner has only a legal connection, does not participate in operational activities, and does not influence decision-making. The studio assured that it continues to operate in Ukraine, creating projects and supporting defense forces.

It is also worth noting that Mindich is one of three co-founders of LLC "Kvartal 95" and owns 50% of the company. NABU suspects the businessman of committing a number of crimes, including the creation and leadership of a criminal organization, laundering large sums of illegally obtained funds, as well as illegal influence on government members to make unlawful decisions.

Thus, the new company "Kvartal UA" confidently takes on the task of content production, distancing itself from previous scandals. The studio continues its activities despite the challenges posed by Mindich's case.
